I used to hate Sundays too

My anxiety on Sundays used to be sky-high.

On the day normally reserved for rest, family fun and easing back into the week, I frequently found myself overwhelmed by a sense of dread, commonly called the “Sunday scaries.” Looming deadlines and a full inbox blended with a generally stressful and unsatisfying job to create the perfect storm for my nerves.

I simply didn’t want to participate in my Monday-to-Friday anymore.

If you’re experiencing this now, I want you to believe me when I say: Things can be so different.

I get emotional when I think about this because, thankfully, those worries feel like a world away. And now my life’s work is helping women like you (and me!) leave all that fear, panic, and restlessness behind and live life on their terms.

So, this week I’ll be launching my first online program, titled Your Life. Your Terms., to help you do just that.

More details to come, but know that I’ve designed this in such a way that if you put in the work, you’ll emerge with tools to overcome your barriers (whatever they may be), clarity surrounding your core values, and a roadmap to get you where you want to go.

The goal is a fuller life, a happier you.

Sign up today to receive an email with the details of the program when it launches later this week. And in the meantime, hang in there. Your Sundays don’t have to be scary forever.

Rooting for you,

Regan
