Hi, I’m Regan, an executive coach and life coach who finds joy and fulfillment in helping you live a life that sizzles.
As a woman with a glass-three-quarters-full mentality and a deep desire to nurture, I proudly guide clients through times of transition to uncover their truest selves and find profound satisfaction in their everyday.
My own journey has been fraught with self-inflicted stress, unsatisfying busyness, and plenty of needless striving. Thankfully, it’s also been a journey of intentional searching and incredible transformation. Prior to coaching, I spent 15 years working in corporate, nonprofit, and creative agencies. I hustled hard as a high-achieving salesperson, built a nonprofit brand strategy from the ground up. I once even quit a job after 4.25 days. (Let’s talk about that last one over coffee—or wine.)
As someone with a strong sense of self and an inability to be anything but truthful, I began noticing a welcome trend: My friends, family, and coworkers would often seek my advice as they faced challenges. I delighted in helping them discover their own resilience and courageously pursue their passions—so much so that I decided to make it my life’s mission.
I believe we find deep, unparalleled meaning when we fully participate in our lives, but we can’t do that if we’re depleted, restless, and unfocused. The goal of my coaching is to help you discover what livens your spirit and then take purposeful and measurable steps to live that out.
Life’s greatest honor is to be exactly who you are. And whether that’s a go-getting executive, a tenacious small business owner, or a lively stay-at-home mom, I’ll help you realize that person—and be true to her.
